Title: Hello
Post by Kathryn on Jul 26th, 2007, 11:36am

Hi

Haven't been posting as my computer broke down and had to be repaired, hope everyone is ok.

Had a pretty stressful couple of months, but we sold our car (after finding out there was still finance on it! nightmare anyway sorted that out, and now got another car.

We went to a fun day other our local park and they were doing free BP and cholesterol etc so me and my hubby had ours done and my cholesterol (although not a fasting one) was 2.69 and my glucose was 4.4 and BP was as normal really.

But since I have started to calm down and had my time of the month have had lots of missed beats and weird sensations, just carrying my daughter a few yards causes my heart to feel as if it's all over the place, my hubby said my chest is really gurgly.  Also been unexplainably panicky.

Hope you are all ok.

Kath x

hello and welcome back
Hope you are feeling you are getting a little bit on track again with your life, though computer breaking down probably not great feeling! Maybe you are a little worse recently because you are tackling things - a friend was saying to me the other day, sometimes we think we may be recovering, and because we are recovering we are doing a bit more and without realising it we are out of our comfort zone and that can for a little while increase our symptoms of anxiety and panicky feelings.

I think I may be going through this at the moment. I was feeling slightly better for a little while, but these past couple of days I feel back to zero again esp with heart symptoms which are worst they have ever been, and so this has brought on a fresh anxiety cycle of feeling ill.

Are your kids off school for the hols now? Because that could be part of it... it's all extra little bits of pressure that add up.

Take care
bead
