Hi i dont know what happened to my post below
my question was my pulse is 54 to 56 resting is that too low?
it is 70ish when walking around max 140 exercising thanks carol

The rest of the heart-beating world could only wish for such a pulse. Longer life is associated with lower resting rates and there's nothing wrong with the rate you've documented in your posting.
