Nice to hear from you, Stu. How are things? I have just been reading 'The Worry Cure' by Robert Leahy ('Stop worrying and start living') and will post a review when I've thought about it a bit more. It is interesting and has a chapter on health anxiety. How are the tablets working out?

Hi Saab, good to be back, Im an IT manager but it still takes me weeks to sort out my own PC :)

The tablets have been a very good move for me by the way, the Propanalol Beta Blockers have helped a lot. If anyone asked me about taking them I would have to say, go for it. I am so against chemicals in my system that I forcably didnt take beta blockers for many years, wish id pushed through the crappy first few weeks of side effects long ago.

Having said all that Ive had a few health issues the last 2 weeks which mean the skipped beats have returned, but im still confident that when im better they will go, with the help of the beta blockers :)

I am definately more like my old self.
