Well having a particulary anxious time at the moment, not sure why the missed - weird beats have kicked off, could be several possible things, I went out Saturday night with my hubby and friends, had a meal with Rose wine then a Rose spritzer, I danced for a while, which made my heart beat fast and took ages to calm down and felt like I couldn't get a deep breath, but this is possibly a normal reaction when you have done vigorous dancing for a while, I'm stressed over money, I'm ovulating, my IBS is playing up a bit and a mum at the school whose daughter is in my daughters class and is only 5 or 6 died on Sunday aged 34 (she had a stroke, blood poisoning etc, before I start panicking people), which although I didn't know her well upset me.

Anyway better get the childrens breakfast and lunch box's then off to work, hope you all have a good day.

I am sorry that you are struggling at the moment with anxiety again. You are still doing so well by carrying on and still going to work etc.
It is very sad about that child's mother, how upsetting for her daughter and family especially just before christmas. It is truly terrible. There is nothing that you can say to ease that is there? Such a dreadful waste at only 34 too. That poor little girl!

Thanks for your replies, sorry I haven't been on the forum much, I just don't seem to be getting enough time in the day, and the school I'm governor off has just been told they have there ofsted inspection next week Arghhhh!!!!, Well hopefully things quieten down after christmas, not ready at all!!! :)
