Would it be ok if i were to copy your post in 'HI RLR', about the anxiety? It is a wonderful and complete explaination and seeing as it is helping us so much i wondered if it would be ok if i were to paste it into a post on No More Panic to help them on there. Please let me know if this is ok.

Sure, I don't have a problem with that at all, except first allow me to generally peruse it for any clarficiation that may be necessary. Remember that my audience here on the forum is attuned to my methodology and discourse on the topics being discussed.

We simply need to first be certain that the posting can exist as an extraction from the original discussion to avoid any confusion or potential to raise greater issues of concern.
