hi im new to this forum i fought id join because lots of people find it useful i am a memeber of the website no more panic!! for anxiety and panic attacks and been suffering for 2yrs with health anxiety and panic but after having my 3rd so in januray its come bk with avengance and the symptoms are worse than what i got when it all started with chest pains and my first panic attack.well im currently on prozac and bisoprolol prescribed from the doctor for what he belives is depression /anxiety and the beta blocker is to try and control the anxiety levels and heart rate well the heart symptoms are my worst fear and the most nastiest of symptoms i get totally scares the life out of me ,anyway im not sure what palpatations are but what i get is a feeling of my heart beating through me and in my throat fingers chest ,stomach u name it i feel it allday long it causes me great concern because if i think its racing i start checking my pulse i even hear my husbands heart beating fast when im sat by him how sads that im over aware of my heart beating and its horrible i wnt it to beat but why do i hear it all the time??| im 25 yrs old pretty fit healthy no problems i knw of had ecg 2yrs ago heart was normal..is it worth me getting anotha ecg? but i really dnt wanna put myself under all that strain an upset of having that an waiting results if i need to i will but ater its done i still wnt b no more at ease .just want these pyshcial symptoms to stop esp the heart relatedd ones just looking for some tips and information i need to learn to cope with them for my 3 babies love them so much .thanks for listening guys luv c.xx any replies wud b soo grateful x

its weird how many mums get palps after the birth! im defo thinking its no sleep and stress which is causing you this discomfort! you have to learn to ignore the beating, hard i know but distraction is the key! rlr will give you some better advice feel better hun 8-)
