Title: MVP Post by boringdanielle on Jan 17th, 2011, 5:50pm How is mitral valve prolapse diagnosed.  I have read palpations and anxiety/panic attacks can be a symptom.  Would a family dr catch this with a routine visit.  Just wondering about this and the whole skipped beats, could they be the cause? Just curious.
