Hi

Does anyone know how to get rid of spam e-mail, I keep getting mail which has stock info on then a load of rambling about anything and everything, theres no link to stop it and I'm getting about 7 a day, the title and sent from are always different and make it sound as if it's a personal message.

It's driving me crazy having to delete all these spam everyday

Any advice would be great
