Feeling these palpitations and reading up on the internet about causes nearly drove me nuts. I prayed to God about finding a place to gather correct information of comfort, and as soon as I finished praying I pressed the link here. Over the last month I have been on the verge of breakdown, and that's putting it mildly. God used RLR to keep me sane. After some unfortunate circumstances, I called in desperation to find out something about my echocardiogram results. They said, "Your heart is fine, now get some emotional help". I feel so relieved. RLR could just relax and enjoy life after paying his dues for so long, but he's here being our voice of reason. I even try to imagine how he sounds as I read his responses! Lol! Now, I will stop playing physician with myself, manage my anxiety, and take my OSA more seriously (I've already lost 19lbs due to better eating). I wish everyone here the best.

i feel exactly the same, was in such a state last year with constant palps, i thought my time had come!! RLR and facebook heart palps group changed my life and i constantly thank god for the reassurence i found from them :)

I agree. I hope RLR knows how much we appreciate the support. I have searched a long time and this place is the best!
