I have these things that make it feel like heart stops its new and scary. It feels like something happens like my heart locks up for a second then un siezes. I do have anxiety but i was doing goid tgen this new symptom came up. Help please

Can i think or stress myself into a heart attack or arrest?

i believe it is possible to think yourself into THINKING you are having a heart attack. some time after my dads 1st heart attack he was convinced he was having a 2nd and was hospitalised only to discover it was a false alarm....so yes the mind can play some tricks with the body

read up on some alternate nostril breathing to help calm the mind

I raced dirt bikes for a long time before i ended up getting panic attacjs and heart phobias. Im trying my best to ride again but with any activity i do my heart pounds upwards of 180 bpm. Same with a stress test it was about the same just walking i get really scared during any activity. Because of the symptoms listed above.

So worried all these panic attacks and anxiety are causing me harm and i cant control myself. I feel like im goin crazy.
