Please help im getting loads of these missed or as the doctor said extra beats im getting loads in a day and of a night when going to sleep they make me jump, as im typing im getting 2 to 3 in a row and i can also feel them in my neck, Ive had a 24 hour tape im still waiting on results but i got an ECG from the hospital please take a look and let me know if these are going to kill me.

It's very likely that you are fine IAN. Were your ECG results negative? Which means, did they say you are ok? If it's something that your doctor has examined then I'm sure you're fine.

They are very scary, yes. But I have been having them for 4+ years, and I think some people on this forum have been having them 20+ years. RLR himself spoke of friends that had then for 50/60+ years with no ill effects.

It is very scary, but if you try to relax and let them be without thinking that you are going to die then they will likely subside. The reason they are there is because your fear of them is causing an anxious state in your body, which is putting you in "fight or flight" mode. This mode of being for your body gives effects like this when you are scared. Similar to watching a scary film etc.

I think you will be fine. I am not a doctor, but I and countless others here have the same thing all the time :)

Okay, just a simply reminder that the forum is not real-time and it may be several days to a week or more before I can respond. Additionally, it's important to refrain using the forum to supplant the direct evaluation by your primary care physician or specialist. The forum is really more for the provision of medical information after the fact, so to speak.

I see nothing of your description to suggest that anything serious is taking place and the manifestation of palpitations of the frequency and intensity being described are actually quite common and do not constitute any greater risk than those of lesser magnitude.

I'm uncertain what you meant by "take a look" but I'm obviously unable to review any medical records or diagnostic tests unless they are posted on the forum to my attention. Also remember that any such information should always have any personal or identifying information redacted from view.
