Hey there,

So this is probably anxiety speaking, but I experienced an event today that significantly bothered me and made me want to come ask for some advice.

After exercising today, I noticed that my heart rate was somewhere around 190 (as you'd expect when being relatively intense). I sat down, calmed down, and within no time it was down to 120. Then as it was around 110, it suddenly felt as though it stopped for a moment. I had no physically symptoms, just a sudden moment where it felt like it just 'forgot' to beat, and then continued slightly slower, and sped up a little bit. I felt intense fear and that was all.

My heart anxieties are going well since I started taking citalopram but little events like this still set me off.
