Im 20 years old and been having palpitations for a couple of months now and lately they have come on really frequently.

For the last week I have been getting them almost every beat. but then sometimes they stop for a little bit but then come back just as frequently
I feels like my heart stops for a second and then a it beats really hard after.

Ive just had a holter heart monitor and im waiting for the results but im worried that something might happen in the time between now and when i get my results back

please help how many is too many should i see someone or just wait til my results come back?!
