Hello to everyone !!

I share all the anxieties that everyone is going through. I started having palpitations in March 2013. Went to the GP..had a few tests done - ECG & blood tests...while waiting for appointment with cardiologist and tests results...had more palpitations and anxiety attacks.

Saw cardiologist 2 days later ..did the cardio endurance test on the treadmill...conclusion : Heart is as fit as a fiddle!!... no blockages etc..

Since I am right smack into menopause- it seems this is what you get when your body is out of balance.

I am currently on holiday -have been for 6 weeks but palpitations still persist.. was hoping that no stress = no palpitations...

Sometimes I am fine when I get the palpitations..sometimes I have minor panic attacks... just do not know what to think!!!! ::) ::)
