I am 39yrs old (male), had vasel vagal episode in June and increased palpatations in the last 6mo, usually when running up stairs, or being active.  But lately more in the morning as I'v been worrying about it more.

My blood pressure has always been normal, but checked at the doc this week, it is 140/90, which is high for me.

I started back on Protonix for my stomach issues, but am worried about my blood pressure, which is making everything else worse!

Could my recent blood pressure rise be due to stress or my acid refux, or any similarities from the PALPS.

39, male, 6'3 195lbs, over all heathly looking, lots of work stress, very little execise, but changing that now.

worried about my heart, stoke, heart disese, ect.

please help!
