Well, after all my positive posts and wonderful observations over the past few days and zero ectopics, here I am having multiple ectopics again.
All it takes is for me to fly to London( tomorrow) for a weekend shopping with my best pal and the snow has arrived in London! and I HATE SNOW!!!! I'm anxious about the flight, the cold, being stuck at Stansted ( maybe) and then I've started thinking about falling over on the snow in London and breaking my arm and..and...and.
What am I like????? Having said that, I'm not as anxious about the ectopics any more...they just feel like a nuisance now.
Just had to share this...sorry.
Think I'll go and have a bath and listen to a relaxation cd. and try to get a grip.
