OH yes, I know what you mean. If I read or hear on the news about any heart condition it shoots my anxiety up for a while. I avoid the news and reading the news online... I am really sensitive to this as well. In addition, I'm careful what I watch on TV. I remember when my friends were saying I had to watch Grey's Anatomy and I did twice and both times, I ended up very anxious for days. I'm sure it's a great show, but I couldn't handle the medical drama in it.
Funny how you are worse right now, as I am, right after the holidays, I was doing ok, might have a day here or ther, but bam.
I will admit though, the third week of December I had to put my dog of 11 years to sleep. He was my baby (pre marriage days) and while it was very hard to do and I was a mess, it seems like the palps are starting now, weeks after this event. I know it's hard to understand like you. I'm sitting down relaxing, watching TV or out somewhere having fun and they start up.
