It's a funny thing what our minds can do, After finding this site, and reading the GREAT Doctor RLR's advice. My HP's are fewer and fewer between. I told myself. " self, you have had these for years now, and all test are negitive and guess what? You are still alive. I stopped worring about them, I take deep breaths when I feel things at work-home get to me and I have then less than ever!
Thank you RLR and so many others that have posted in here. You are a blessing.

We're glad to hear that things are improving for you. Indeed, the condition is benign in all regards.

Now that you've established a sense of control over the frequency and or intensity of the palpitations, you will begin to have less and less symptoms. By doing so, you will have overcome the greatest hurdle in dealing with the condition, which is the realization that the symptoms are purely the consequence of anxiety and stress, subsequently controlled by establishing more rational thoughts. Your health is in no danger whatsoever.

Best regards and Good Health
