I'll keep this short...

I've lurked here on these forums for the better part of two years.

Without your patient and kind (not to mention thorough) posts to read I would probably still be checking my pulse obsessively and feeding an ever growing anxiety condition.

I used to experience PVC's/PAC's and think "heart attack" "sudden death" etc. I was riddled with anxiety and fears of death.

Now when I experience those sensations it's more like "non-cardiac event" and "annoying sensation". That's all thanks to your very generous, very selfless contributions to this forum.

I just wanted to say "Thank you!"
