Hot and cold sweats

I have had hot and cold sweats that happen at the same time.
I have had numerous blood tests including thyroid and they are all fine.
I have been having palps, neck tension and have been feeling bummed out.
I would like to know if this can be a symptom of anxiety.

defo symptoms of anxiety! i have night sweats sometimes, but then can feel real cold! if you have been checked and there is notthing else wrong then yeah it defo is anxiety
