I just wanted to take this opportunity and thank RLR and all of the many people on this site who support each other during the Year.    Merry Christmas to all and May your new year be filled with Love and Joy.  

If you have been diagnosed with benign palps of any kind.  Please Believe in your physician and try to live in each and every moment,  you will find that if you try to move past the scary feeling they produce, that you can live life to it's fullest.   You can have just as good of a quality of life,  knowing your heart is fine, and the palps will not hurt you.   This New Year find a way to let go and live your life.   Living in constant fear and anxiety is no way to live, and there are treatments available for Anxiety.....     Merry Christmas
