Not risky, still annoying. How to get rid of them?
Dec 24th, 2010, 7:34am

I realise after a couple of "test rounds" at doctors - and even the hospital - that my palps (extrasystoles followed by "nervous feeling") are not risky. Nice. My heart is ok. Assuring. Good. I will live many years, and I'm happy about that. Can even say so to myself when my heart acts up.

But they are still there annoying, unpredictable and I want to get rid of them, like you want to get rid of nausea, headache etc. Are there any other cure than the ones many people, like myself, try with more or less luck: Cut down on caffeine and alcohol, do relaxation from stress, don't eat 3 courses before going to sleep etc.
Anyone?

By the way: Merry Christmas to all of you.
