Question..

So, I had been palp free for about 2 months with the exception of when I got food poisoning a few weeks ago. I had strong thumps for 2 days then they went away again.

But now they're back. However... when I'm laying in bed I don't seem to have them at all. But if I get out of bed and walk around, etc, I get palp after palp after palp. Why? Should I be worried? I basically don't want to get out of bed now, to be completely honest, because I'd literally do anything to avoid having the palps.

This really stinks. Haha.

Thanks in advance to whoever can answer this for me,
Andrea

Andrea, I dont get them lying down...well sometimes just a few light one's. If I am having a bad day - just walking across the room makes them happen. The more anxious I get about it, the worse they are.

If I do some steady, regular breathing that seems to set me back on the light thuds path and even none
