just need a push
Jan 13th, 2011, 11:07am

I did some research and apparently I need to give my birth control up to 3 months so my body can adjust. I had another panic attack on Monday in the middle of the grocery store. I was able to force myself through it.

but I'm so tired. I'm getting chest pains ( actually I think its sharp pains deep in my breasts. they're sore).

what's weird is although I'm getting panic attacks.since starting the pill I don't have as many palps. and it seemed my daily anxiety was alright. but now it seems I'm getting nervous again.

I just need a.push to.keep me going.so I can actually give this a chance.to adjust in my body. I'm getting pretty scared

Tender mammary glands are an entirely normal consequence of using birth control medications. Changes in hormonal activity can either increase or decrease the risk of heart palpitations.

No need to be frightened. Additionally, if you experience worrisome symptoms, always be sure to discuss these with the prescribing physician or specialist.
