Another question for RLR

Just to say thank you for the answer to my other posting a few weeks back. I did see the answer but can no longer find the thread...sorry.

RLR occasionally, I get a very fast, thudding heart rate which often has me light headed and on 3 occasions I saw lights and had to get to the floor.

Someone else mentioned this and has suggested I get PSVT. This may be correct but, mostly they happen when I am in a certain position, or press against my left side and I always assume they are brought on by pressure on the vagus nerve, since I learned about it here. Could this also cause SVT as I did think that had a different cause.

I just wanted to check with you about SVT and what it actually is.
