..I'm new to forum and have found it invaluable to understanding my own issues with palpitations/anxiety.  My issue is compounded by the fact that I suffer from costochondritis (inflamed rib cartilage). My question is in regards to cognitive behavior therapy...has anyone had success with that in reducing their anxiety and subsequently their palpitations?
