Hi everyone!
I'm new to this forum, and I'm so glad to have found such great info regarding issues w/ PVC's. I've been suffering from them for almost 20 years now, and like many of you, they come and go with no rhyme or reason. I saw a cardiologist 8 years ago- I had an EKG and cardiac cath done, and I was told my heart was healthy. Of course, as time goes by, I always consider going back for a visit.. just in case things have changed!

The anxiety related to these extra beats is so unnerving... but moving on...
My question is: Does anyone here get more PVC's during and/or after a workout session? I find that every time I get into a workout routine, my PVC's become more intense. I find that during my workout, if PVC's start, my workout stops due to anxiety of a strained heart, and I get so frustrated because I genuinely want to work out on a regular basis! Should I just ignore the PVC's and continue my workout? BTW, cardiologist gave me the "all clear" to work out 8 years ago, but it would be nice to get some pointers from PVC sufferers that understand what this feels like.
Thanks for any advice!
