I think this is one for rlr - in the last week I have started having the odd really weird dizzy spell that lasts a few seconds and then turns into a panic with pounding heart (different to the ectopics) because I am scared it's going to be a stroke or some horrible brain related event.
Is it related to the ectopics? Or is it something that happens to do with the vagus nerve?? Or hyperventilation - both times it has happened I have been talking in conversation with someone. Or could it be MS rearing its head after my previous demyelanation episode 10 years ago.
any ideas?
