RLR - question about solar plexus?
Aug 19th, 2008, 11:26pm

Hi RLR

I can't thank you enough for your time and wonderful answers. It is such a great help for me in dealing with my health anxiety. Every day is getting better.

I have a question about my solar plexus (I believe that's the term in english). Sometimes I have funny feelings here like an extra heart beat or like if something is being kind of sqeezed together or a bump. It doesn't hurt and it doesn't really scare me.

Just wondering what it is? Has it something to do with the vagus nerve as well?

I have tried to explain it to several doctors over the years but I have never gotten an explanation.

Best regards

Just had one of those today. It really feels like something pressing and sqeezing upwards towards the breast. As I said it doesn't really hurt, just an uncomfortable feeling.
It usually goes away after a 5-10 seconds.

I just can't figure out what it is.

Best regards
