Hope you all have a happy & healthy New Year 2009!! And also wishing that we can conquer the fear with these palpitations and live life to the fullest and concentrate on making ourselves healthy in whatever ways we choose.

I hope we all manage to find our way to reconciling ourselves with our palps this year and thanks for RLR's continuing support and guidance. I can honestly say finding this site this year has helped me so much to understand what was going on with me and realise I have work to do on my mental state Wink

I too, wish everyone a Happy New Year in 2009 and particularly to RLR who gives his support freely and incessantly. Information of this level is hard to find in today's busy healthcare systems on both sides of the Atlantic and I'm so grateful to have found you, RLR and this forum because I've found peace of mind.

Best wishes too, to all my fellow 'palpitees'!!!
May 2009 bring some perspective and calm to everyone xx
