You have made such a significant impact on my life!
I only wish that I could find a family dr who shares your philosophy.
What should I do to achieve that?
Basically, I need someone to monitor my standard meds (bp, etc),  but it would sure be nice to have a dr who can give me reassurance and useful information.
I have gone through a gamut of drs who want to put me on all kinds of meds for anxiety, and none work.
Some days I feel bummed out, so they start wanting to change ssri's
(I'm on lexapro and have been for years).
Every time they try me on new meds I get worse.
I do have good days and I see a CBT therapist.
Why is it that I can read your posts and feel tons better without meds??

Anyway, I thought maybe you could give me some pointers to find a good doc
