I havent had any palps in three days, this morning at 4am I wake up and it almost feels like I'm haveing muscle spasms as my heart is beating, so much to the point I couldnt tell which was my heart beat and which was the Palp...I didnt worry to much about it and it went away in  about an hour and a half. Is this a normal thing with Palps...Never hurt, just layed there trying to think what I had done, or ate that woulda caused this..

Confused, but feeling better with help from this forum..

This is not an uncommon presentation. Realize that in most instances, GI distress is producing inflammation that can readily increase the potential for vagus nerve-induced palpitations to occur and depending on your body position, can sometimes cause an extended period of inappropriate stimulation.

In such instances, a change in body position will often result in belching off trapped gas or air, or otherwise dislodge pressure against the diaphragm. producing interruption of the sequence.

You'll be fine. Again, this is a common occurrence
