Occasionally I'll get a heart palpitation and simultaneously, for a second or two feel light headed.  This surely can't merely be due to panicking about the palpitation because they happen simultaneously and by the time I realize I'm experiencing a palpitation I'm already light headed and the light headed feeling only lasts as long as the palpitation does, maybe slightly longer?
