Hi

Ok so I had a recent holster monitor on the bisoprolol
As I could still feel palpitations I get a strong forceful beat in my stomach
When walking and when I rest however my monitor showed a average of 76bpm and high of 117 so not too bad now the cardio is saying anxiety
And that inappropriate sinus tachycardia is not really a diagnosis?? I don't know what to believe anymore I'm having therapy for anxiety but still wake every morning with a rush if adrenalin and my chest is always tight I'm getting pretty fed up

"I'm having therapy for anxiety but still wake every morning with a rush if adrenalin and my chest is always tight I'm getting pretty fed up."

You appear to have high expectations which are under a time constraint and I would urge you to consider the precipitating factors related to anxiety. People seldom realize that circumstances related to chronic anxiety often constitute a moving target. Initially, there is anxiety regarding the identity of the problem. Once identified, the anxiety shifts to the timeframe necessary for changes to occur. Once changes occur, the focus of anxiety shifts to the apprehension that something will cause the problem to return.

You've underwent a holter monitor and the results were entirely unremarkable for the presence of any type of underlying problem. That is good news unless you have the nagging urge that something has been overlooked or that the test is too insensitive. If so, then I'd once again suggest that you learn to recognize factors which manifest anxiety of the nature capable of inducing physiological changes which are being misconstrued as symptoms of an underlying problem.

I see nothing of your circumstances to suggest anything serious is at hand and you should try to relax and turn your focus to the more positive aspects of life.

Best regards,
