Mild aortic regurgitation is not altogether uncommon and unless you are presenting with certain symptoms, the condition is not much of a concern and particularly so for someone of your young age.

Alcohol consumption itself is not a question to be tendered, but rather to what extent. The effects of alcohol do not complicate mild aortic regurgitation that is asymptomatic.
